Creating shopping lists
Use a shopping list import to create lists and add products for B2B buyers. Download the minimal creation example and replace its sample IDs with IDs from your own store.
Prepare the Basic sheet
Leave ID blank for a new list and provide:

Add items on the Items sheet
Add one row for each product. For a new list, leave Shopping List ID and the item ID blank, and use Shopping List Name to match the Basic sheet.

Product Sku and Variant Sku are included in exports to help identify products while reading the file. Use product and variant IDs to identify products for import. Shift's current validation may ask for a Variant ID even for a product without variants.
Import the file
- Choose Shopping Lists in Shift and start a new import.
- Upload the spreadsheet with its Basic and Items sheets.
- Map the columns to their matching shopping list fields.
- Validate the import and correct any errors.
- Start the import once validation passes.
After creation, export the list to obtain its shopping list ID and item IDs. Keep those IDs for later updates. See the Shopping Lists template for all fields and import modes.
