Filtering exports

We recommend filtering exports so that they include only the data that you need. This will not only mean that exports run faster, but it will also mean that the resulting file is smaller and easier to manage.

Product exports can be filtered using a wide range of conditions

Estimated records & duration​

An estimate of the number of records to be processed and the time it will take to export these records is shown at the bottom of the screen. When you add a filter, these estimates will update to show its impact.

Filtering orders

Adding filters to an order export will speed up the export and reduce the file size, but an accurate estimate cannot be given in advance.
